Batik in the Fineprint

the fineprint
on the back
at the bottom
between the lines

thorns intermingle
with batik gold
painful blessing
now in a cloth sold

the beauty of blood
in the wheatfield wind
living in full colour
with sad-happiness interlinked

all above taught me
to live in detail
to long between the lines
to lose and leave the loss at the bottom and be kind

Stick 158 - Green Stone

...the love of a green stone

we discovered the green stones
at the edge of the woods
in the cave where the ancestors
played with them to suit their moods

our lives followed a destiny
with a path leading here
to where the discovery of the precious stones
became the ultimate truth in this special moment honed

we carried each raw stone with care and concern
we placed them in a basket weaved with strips of welcome bamboo
then we tended each stone with a tender passion
and covered them with a blanket called always-protection

the circles and hooks and twists and turns of each exquisite design
carries with it a message of the deepest friendship respect 
which our ancestors smile upon as these stones travel
with honored receivers  accross our intricate planet

...and green stone protect us forever and afar

Silver Blood Bath

I bled real blood
in that silver sink bath
nobody thought my life would last

I bled real blood
while sour green apple juice drops
formed a flood of angst and sour regret

I bled real blood
while ancient sand storms yelled and sped
through human autrocity sand dunes the size of mountains of led

I bled real blood
dark, deep, dense and dangerous in its intent
which as always suddenly dissolved during the latter part
of my late night evening in that sinister human bath

supposedly uninfluenced by human emotions

How can a word so seemingly sound
create so much confusion
discord and
human battleground

Perception reality
more commonly known as Biased statements
lead to clarity of view and opinion
born from a holistic emotional human with a clear reference point 

How much we struggle
as we grapple
to grasp and accept decisions in our world made Objectively
rather than decisions made using
fabulously flawed but honest and clear biased Perception
